Gabriele had a passion to inform people about his place of birth - Naples, Italy - through his love of its most wonderful product, food. From entering catering school in Italy at 14, Gabriele has continuously added to his experience in the catering industry, and to his deep knowledge of Italian foods. This allows Gabriele to ensure that his first restaurant, Donna Margherita, is a treasured destination of consistent quality for his loyal clientele. Donna Margherita is dedicated to Southern Italy’s spirit of passion, warmth and loyalty; and the distinctive charm and enjoyment of life that is characteristic of Southern Italy and its dining tables can be seen in the character of Gabriele himself.

Brother to Gabriele, Enrico is also dedicated to Donna Margherita and its ethos of the pure foods of Naples. He is a key person within the team at Donna Margherita, and with experience in both administration and graphic design he ensures that the authentic atmosphere of Donna Margherita reflects the colours, heritage and experience of Naples.
