Gabriele had a vision to educate people about his place of birth - Naples, Italy through his greatest love - food. His catering schooling in Italy added to his experience of working in the catering industry from the age of 14 allows Gabriele to ensure that Donna Margherita is an unforgettable experience. The launch of his first restaurant, Donna Margherita is dedicated to Southern Italy’s spirit of passion, warmth and loyalty. Southern Italy has a distinctive charm that is as characteristic and as inbred as its cuisine. This can be seen in the character of Gabriele himself.

Brother to Gabriele, Enrico is a key player to the structure of Donna Margherita. With experience not only in administration, but graphic design ensures that the image of Donna Margherita is in keeping with the colours and tradition of Naples.
